The role of a teacher
Self-teaching
Q 1- CAN I TEACH THE HOLEY BOOK TO MYSELF???????
Let’s solve this question
FOR EVERY BOOK THERE IS A TEACHER
The major role of a teacher is to support learners in their quest for new knowledge on a specified set of subjects. This applies to students of all ages, from preschool to postgraduate learners, no matter what book and curriculum
they are following. So, the same question arise can I Learn and interpret the Quran by Myself?
The answer to this question is very straightforward NO!
We defiantly need a guide to guide us towards the path of Allah and to achieve the goal that is getting nearness to Allah but if the mission of my life is just to read, learn translation and getting the Tafsir form different other
Aalim that I can find easily on internet then there are millions upon millions of tafsir books and explanation available.
Traditionally, Muslim families taught their children the Quran by memory. The Quran is unique and beautiful, and being able to understand it in the guidance of a teacher will help you comprehend the Quran. Another question about whether one can understand the Quran grammatically yourself, the answer is yes; you can learn the Quran grammatically at home from a variety of sources, but the Quran is not just reading and learning Arabic and the meaning tafsir is an integral part of understanding Quran which actually tells us what is right and wrong in the path of adopting Deen AL Islam.
Let’s look at first how important it is to have a teacher for the soul.
Hazrat Shams RA first encounter with Maulana Rumi RA
One day Mawlānā Romi RA was reading next to a large stack of books. Shams Tabriz RA, passing by, asked him, “What are you doing?” Rumi scoffingly replied, “Something you cannot understand.”(This is knowledge that cannot be understood by the unlearned.) On hearing this, Shams threw the stack of books into a nearby pool of water. Rumi hastily rescued the books and to his surprise they were all dry. Rumi then asked Shams, “What is this?” To which Shams replied, “Mawlana, this is what you cannot understand.” (This is knowledge that cannot be understood by the learned.) Sham Tabriz was the teacher of Maulana Rumi whom the whole world learns from.
After reading this a person with any little wisdom can conclude that how important it is to have a teacher for taking and applying deen in once life, can I still claim I can read and understand the noble Quran and interpret the Ayat all by myself, it’s nearly impossible. Not interpreting it the right way means not applying the right way and finding unrest here and after.
So, if you’re willing to learn the Quran from a virtuous teacher who spends her whole life in the guidance of a true Kamil teacher, then you are at the right place, there is no male and female in the ARWAH all human are same, you can excel as a Muslim and will get the حب (Love) of Allah for sure.
